Meet the Bakers

Indomitus Artisan Bread is a microbakery in Tucson, Arizona.  We specialize in artisan breads which are leavened with wild yeast and undergo a slow, cool fermentation process for the best flavor and digestibility.  Our breads are baked in our steam injected deck oven, affectionately known as “Indomitus.”  We operate under the Arizona Cottage Food Program.

Meet the bakers…

Indomitus Artisan Bread is a baking team consisting of the head baker, Dana McReynolds, and her apprentice, Matt McReynolds.  Dana is originally from Minnesota and Matt is a Tucson native.  They have been partners in life, love, and loaf now for 21 years.  Dana inherited her love for baking bread from her mother and has been baking for pleasure for over 18 years.  Her avocation turned vocation in October of 2017 when Indomitus Artisan Bread officially began its bread sales.
